Wow. The venue is incredible, big charming farmhouse, beautifully decorated with incredible Lowveld views. What an amazing breakfast with such friendly helpful staff.

Had a great stay.We wanted a quite stay,we got exactly that.Our host sis'Gift.She was so kind and attentive to us.What we saw on the internet is exactly what we found.We loved the book corner with all different kind of books,evn caters for the little ones.We arrived late,but she waited for us and kept contact with us throught out our drive.Gift even asked us what time did we want to have breakfast.Unfortunately i don't eat pork,but she made sure the following day there was beef sausages for me.
VNCH ticked all the right boxes.

Were definitely coming back and recommending to other people too.
Maybe a suggestion of a room heater.

We are visiting from France and spend 2 nights at this beautiful country house. Stunning room with large windows letting us view the sunrise from the comfort of the bed. The staff were more than welcoming and we enjoyed an amazing breakfast spread each morning. The house is beautifully decorated and there are plenty of places one can settle down to read or enjoy the view should the weather be bad.
However, we had great weather and as it’s set in a macadamia nut farm we could walk on the grounds and around the two dams. I was able to take photos of plants, insects and the many birds. A couple of long crested eagles kept circling around their resident tree and were very vocal about it. As it’s perfectly located to make trips to the Krueger and other beautiful spots, I will be back soon.

What an incredibly beautiful place and setting. The accommodation is spectacular, comfortable, hygenic and meets your every need. The staff most accommodating, friendly, caring and helpful. The place is spacious and perfect for individuals, families or groups. Close to Kruger National Park, the waterfalls around Sabie, the mountains around Graskop and all the tourist spots. Definitely gets my unconditional thumbs up.

If you are looking for the perfect accommodation in White River, Valley Nest Country House is an absolute gem. From the moment we arrived, the friendly and welcoming staff made us feel right at home with their incredible hospitality. The property itself is stunning. Everywhere you look, your eyes are treated to art and beauty, both inside the house and throughout the gorgeous gardens. They have over five different rooms, each thoughtfully designed with its own unique personality. Our bedroom was incredibly spacious, and the amazing bathroom felt like a private sanctuary. Waking up here is pure magic—you are treated to a spectacular view of the valley, surrounded by nature and the peaceful sound of morning bird calls. It is the ultimate country house getaway. To top it all off, the breakfast was outstanding, featuring the most amazing fresh muffins, fresh fruit, and delicious cooked options made to order. Whether you need a relaxing retreat or a beautiful guest house near the Kruger National Park area, Valley Nest is a must-visit. We cannot wait to return!
